Main Warehouse

The main warehouse has a capacity of over 12,000 pallet storage positions and 12,000 tote storage positions, spread across a three-level, multi-tier mezzanine with a footprint of 24,000 square meters.

Controlled Commodities Building

The dedicated controlled commodities building offers storage for 300 pallet positions and features a three-level, multi-tier storage system capable of handling various goods, with a building footprint of 2,000 square meters.

Material Handling System Features

• Wide Aisle Racking Reach Truck System consists of 12,000 pallet storage positions.
• A cross-docking area is provided with a capacity of over 10,000 totes, catering for fast-moving goods and distribution to the outbound truck docks.
• Dedicated high-value storage area featuring a 3-level multi-tier mezzanine storage system with two goods hoists and a storage capacity of up to 12,000 totes.
• Chilled Storage Area (0°C to 16°C) with a storage capacity of 600 pallets and 15,000 totes.
• Freezer Storage Area (-30°C to 5°C) with a storage capacity for 400 pallets and 2,000 totes.
• Inbound and outbound truck docks have individual dock levelers and buffer areas for pallets and totes.
• Quality check area within the Cool Chain.
• Segregated vehicle charging area for lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries featuring both on-demand and battery swap charging methods.
• Tote and pallet washing area for cleaning totes and pallets prior to redistribution into the warehouse.
• Specialized Controlled Commodities Warehouse features a pallet storage area of 300 positions split across four different temperature zones and a multi-tier mezzanine capable of storing various goods within temperature-controlled refrigerators.
