Mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 3,3 Millionen Tonnen pro Jahr wird das DOH zu den drei gr\u00f6\u00dften Frachtterminals der Welt geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<h3>E-Commerce und Kuriersystem<\/h3>\n<p>Der elektronische Gesch\u00e4ftsverkehr und die damit verbundenen Kurierlieferungen stellen einen bedeutenden Wachstumsbereich in der Luftfracht dar. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts wird ein automatisiertes Post- und Kurierabfertigungssystem entwickelt, das die folgenden Funktionen bietet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sicherheits\u00fcberpr\u00fcfung (selektiv, je nach Herkunfts- und Zielpaarung)<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfung auf gef\u00e4hrliche G\u00fcter (z. B. Lithiumbatterien)<\/li>\n<li>Automatisierte Sortierung<\/li>\n<li>Automatisierte Lagerung auf Sendungsebene (f\u00fcr Posts\u00e4cke oder Kuriersendungen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PROJEKTDETAILS<\/h3>\n<h3>Systementwurf<\/h3>\n<p>Das System verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber drei Eingangspunkte, an denen die Artikel automatisch identifiziert und dann \u00fcber F\u00f6rderb\u00e4nder und Siebmaschinen zu einer Quergurtsortieranlage und Sammelrutschen bef\u00f6rdert werden. Die Artikel werden einzeln gelagert, indem sie in Tr\u00e4ger gelegt werden, die in einem automatischen Lager- und Entnahmesystem aufbewahrt werden, das die Tr\u00e4ger bei Bedarf freigibt.<\/p>\n<h3>Kapazit\u00e4t und Erweiterung<\/h3>\n<p>Das System ist mit einer einzigen Hauptsortierschleife konzipiert, kann aber sp\u00e4ter um einen zweiten Sortierer und zus\u00e4tzliche Rutschen erweitert werden, um mehr Artikel zu verarbeiten oder als Backup zu dienen.
