{"id":4701,"date":"2025-06-23T16:27:29","date_gmt":"2025-06-23T16:27:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bnpassociates.fru.qa\/project\/e-commerce-facility-sorting-and-warehousing-at-istanbul-international-airport-ist\/"},"modified":"2025-06-26T19:05:44","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T19:05:44","slug":"e-commerce-facility-sorting-and-warehousing-at-istanbul-international-airport-ist","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/bnpassociates.fru.qa\/de\/project\/e-commerce-facility-sorting-and-warehousing-at-istanbul-international-airport-ist\/","title":{"rendered":"Sortierung und Lagerung von E-Commerce-Produkten am internationalen Flughafen Istanbul (IST)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\u00dcbersicht<\/h2>\n<p>MNG Airlines beauftragte BNP mit einer Machbarkeitsstudie zur Entwicklung von zwei Einrichtungen f\u00fcr E-Commerce und Lagerhaltung.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eine E-Commerce-Verarbeitungs-\/Sortieranlage f\u00fcr die Bearbeitung von E-Commerce-Sendungen vom Luft- bis zum Bodentransport, einschlie\u00dflich Sortierung, Sicherheit, Zollverfahren und Lagerung von Waren unter Zollverschluss.<\/li>\n<li>Ein Lager in einer zollfreien Zone auf der Luftseite, das als reaktionsschnelles B2B-Fulfillment-Zentrum f\u00fcr Premiumprodukte auf dem Luftweg fungiert und den internationalen Flughafen Istanbul als Transit- und Vertriebszentrum zwischen Ost und West nutzt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>E-Commerce-Einrichtung<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr die E-Commerce-Anlage wurden mehrere Optionen auf der Grundlage der verf\u00fcgbaren Grundst\u00fccke, der m\u00f6glichen Wiederverwendung oder \u00c4nderung bestehender Anlagen und des Automatisierungsgrads bewertet. Eine besondere Herausforderung bei diesem Projekt ist der erhebliche H\u00f6henunterschied (~7 Meter) zwischen den Grundst\u00fccken, die Aufteilung der Parzellen und die vorhandenen umfangreichen Versorgungseinrichtungen. Es wurden Management-Briefe zur Bewertung der Optionen vorgelegt, einschlie\u00dflich grober Kostensch\u00e4tzungen.<\/p>\n<h3>Vorgeschlagene Technologie<\/h3>\n<p>Die vorgeschlagene Technologie bestand aus einer Reihe gestapelter Sortiersysteme mit Quergurten, die die Artikel auf Rutschen sortierten, die mit Wagen verbunden waren. Die Wagen verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber einen flexiblen Boden, der sich mit zunehmendem Gewicht absenkt und so die Fallstrecke von der Rutsche in den Wagen verringert. Die Wagen k\u00f6nnen manuell bewegt, mit einem kleinen Traktor geschleppt oder in Zukunft von fahrerlosen Transportsystemen (FTS) bedient werden. Die Kapazit\u00e4t betr\u00e4gt 15.000 Sendungen pro Stunde an 100 Rutschen\/Zielstationen.<\/p>\n<h3>Airside Free Zone Lagerhaus<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr das luftseitige Freizonenlager war das Los festgelegt. Dennoch bestand Ungewissheit \u00fcber das potenzielle Gesch\u00e4ft, das ein hohes Ma\u00df an Flexibilit\u00e4t erforderte, um den \u00dcbergang von einem kosteng\u00fcnstigen, manuellen Betrieb zu einem automatisierten Verfahren mit hohem Durchsatz ohne nennenswerte Betriebsunterbrechungen zu erm\u00f6glichen. Die endg\u00fcltige Kapazit\u00e4t bei maximaler Ausnutzung des Standorts und der Automatisierung betr\u00e4gt 37.000 Palettenpl\u00e4tze.<\/p>\n<p>Das Lager umfasst Sicherheits- und Zollfunktionen f\u00fcr die gelegentliche Nutzung.
