PGAL hat sich mit BNP Associates zusammengetan, um spezielle Planungsleistungen in Bezug auf Vorfeldsysteme und Flugsteigausr\u00fcstung zu erbringen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt zur Umgestaltung des Terminals B Nord\/S\u00fcd zielt darauf ab, das 1969 er\u00f6ffnete Terminal zu modernisieren, um die betriebliche Effizienz und den Komfort f\u00fcr die Passagiere zu verbessern. Nach seiner Fertigstellung im Jahr 2026 soll das Terminal j\u00e4hrlich bis zu 36 Millionen Passagiere abfertigen.<\/p>\n<p>PGAL ist f\u00fcr die architektonische Gesamtplanung verantwortlich, w\u00e4hrend BNP die Planung der Vorfeldsysteme, der Fluggastbr\u00fccken und der Flugzeugabstellanlagen leitet.<\/p>\n<p>Der von United Airlines in Zusammenarbeit mit der Stadt Houston und den Flugh\u00e4fen von Houston geleitete Umbau des Terminals B wird das urspr\u00fcngliche Terminal modernisieren und das Fluggastaufkommen sowie die Betriebsleistung erheblich verbessern.<\/p>\n<h3>PROJEKTDETAILS<\/h3>\n<h3>Phasen des Entwurfsprozesses<\/h3>\n<p>Der Entwurfsprozess gliedert sich in die folgenden Phasen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Konzept Design<\/li>\n<li>Vorl\u00e4ufiger Entwurf<\/li>\n<li>Designentwicklung - einschlie\u00dflich Entw\u00fcrfen f\u00fcr mehrere Phasen<\/li>\n<li>Angebotsunterlagen<\/li>\n<li>Bauverwaltung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>BNP's Designumfang<\/h3>\n<p>Der Leistungsumfang von BNP f\u00fcr die Planung umfasst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluggastbr\u00fccken (Doppel- und Einzelbr\u00fcckenschranken)<\/li>\n<li>400 Hz Bodenstromaggregate<\/li>\n<li>Vorkonditionierte Luftger\u00e4te<\/li>\n<li>Erweiterte visuelle Leitsysteme<\/li>\n<li>Flugzeugabstellpl\u00e4ne (Regional Express \/ Narrowbody \/ Widebody)<\/li>\n<li>Entw\u00fcrfe f\u00fcr bodengebundene Parkpl\u00e4tze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dienstleistungen der Bauverwaltung<\/h3>\n<p>BNP Associates wird auch Bauverwaltungsdienste anbieten, um die Einhaltung der Planungs- und Leistungsanforderungen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RFI- und Einreichungspr\u00fcfungen<\/li>\n<li>BNP-Zeuge bei der Beauftragung eines Auftragnehmers<\/li>\n<li>Bauherrenvertreter, wesentliche Fertigstellung Inbetriebnahme<\/li>\n<li>Fit-Tests an Flugzeugen - mehrere Flugzeuge pro Flugsteig<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Abschluss des Projekts<\/h3>\n<p>Nach seiner Fertigstellung im Jahr 2026 soll das neu gestaltete Terminal j\u00e4hrlich 36 Millionen Passagiere abfertigen k\u00f6nnen.
